The North Shores Cottage is situated on 2 acres with the cottage being set back from the lake on an elevated parcel of land. This provides beautiful views of the lake and a little more privacy from the neighboring lake homes on either side of the property. Take a short walk down the path and across the gravel service road onto the very large yard that comes with this property. This lake level yard provides plenty of space for outdoor games, a fire pit and 6 adirondack chairs, a dock and 110 feet of lake frontage.

The property is located on the north shore of Lake Noquebay, a 2,398 acre full recreation lake with a maximum depth of 51 feet and average depth of 10 feet. Fish species include bluegill, crappie, bass, walleye, northern pike, trout, rock bass, perch and muskie. This lake is popular year round with boating, fishing, kayaking, tubing, snowmobiling and waterskiing.

Area Activities and Recreation: Downtown Crivitz is a short 15 minute drive from the property and has restaurants, bars, grocery stores, local meat market, coffee shops, medical services, gas and convenience stores. Flea Market is on Thursdays in the summer months. The Farmers Market is on Saturday mornings from July to October, featuring fresh locally grown produce and handmade items.
Pontoon Boat Rentals: There are 2 local companies that offer pontoon rentals: Twin Bridge Four Seasons and Popp's Marine.
Water ski show – The Crivitz Ski Cats perform a waterski show right on Lake Noquebay on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6:30pm (June-August).
ATV/UTV trails– Marinette County is home to nearly 300 miles of award-winning ATV/UTV trails.
Golfing – two beautiful 18 hole golf courses within 15-25 minutes of the North Shores Cottage. Desmidt's Golf Course and Country Club 22 miles away. Hunter's Glen Golf Club 16 miles away.
Marinette County Waterfall tour – visit 14 waterfalls along the Pike, Peshtigo, Thunder and Menominee rivers. There are 3 waterfalls within 30 minutes of the North Shores Cottage.
Governor Thompson State Park is about 30 minutes away.
Snowmobiling – Marinette County has over 600 miles of wide, scenic, well-groomed, and marked trails. Direct access to snowmobile trails right from the North Shores Cottage.
